- Followed the 'Zero User Training' rule to create a seamless experience for tourists and tour guides.
- Conducted surveys and interviews with tourists to identify their main issues, such as language barriers and lack of knowledge about attractions.
- Developed the concept of a personal guide who knows the local language and can assist tourists.
- Designed multiple modules of the Explore It application, including the 'Book Tour' and 'Choose Your Personal Guide' features.
- Implemented a feature allowing tourists to choose their tour guide based on language preference.
